Chrissa + Jon | Pastel Kawaii Fig House Wedding | On GWS!

Chrissa + Jon’s #CutestWeddingEver at The Fig House in Los Angeles was pure, epically colorful magic. Prepare yourself for the most amazing, pastel Kawaii wonderland wedding you have ever seen. It’s been 2 years since the #CutestWeddingEver and it is STILL as adorable as ever! Let’s take a photo walk down memory candy land!

Chrissa, shares “We’re a very unique pair – we love all things cute, colorful, and playful. We wanted a huge party that exploded into the #CutestWeddingEver. It was centered around the idea that we may grow old, but we’ll never grow up. We wanted elements of our childhood throughout the entire event; everything was a throwback – our centerpieces used carefully curated vintage toys that we’d previously owned, we played 80s and 90s throwback jams, and there was an abundance of gel pens and temporary tattoos.”

Kawaii Details:

Talk about #squadgoals! Chrissa’s bridesmaids were on point in these custom dresses designed to resemble Foam n’ Color Barbie from 1996. On point right?!?

This wedding was literally all fun and games but a serious pose just screams, “fierce”!

These Power Puff Girls shaped programs were a memory throw back to summer time and stops at the ice cream truck!

There were nods to their kitty, Dottie, throughout the wedding! Dottie even appeared on temporary tattoos at cocktail hour!

Chrissa + Jon ditched the traditional plated dinner for more casual and yummy customized grilled cheese sammies.

As designers themselves, Chrissa + Jon went all out with their table decor. Each table centerpiece was a unique, technicolor diorama displays comprised of 1980’s & 90’s toys from their person collection. Guests were amazed by each table’s theme.
