For their engagement session, they started in the comfort of their Los Angeles home with coffee and their one-eyed dog, Chef, followed by a playful romp through the city along the L.A. As lovers of the outdoors, the couple of over 10 years got engaged in Zion, laying in a hammock — “Kimia loves her hammock,” jokes Hailey — with a slide puzzle that Kimia had to solve.
It revealed a QR code that played a song while Hailey pulled out the custom ring that she had made. “It’s simple because Kimia isn’t used to wearing rings,” explains Hailey. “But she’s since gotten used to wearing just this special one.”
